整机及所含附件自原始购买之日起享有 2 年保修期。
(因长期闲置未充电导致电池亏电损坏除外,电池质保3个月。长期闲置需充满电并放置低功耗模式,建议每3个月补电)
The entire machine and its accessories are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of original purchase.
(Except for battery loss and damage caused by long-term idle without charging, the battery is guaranteed for 3 months. Long term idle requires full charge and low power consumption mode, and it is recommended to recharge every 3 months.)
1.2 维修方式
1.2 Maintenance methods
根据具体的故障情况对设备进行修理或更换。可以修理或更换的部件包括但不限于电池、显示屏、主板等。
所有更换的部件、附件或设备都是全新的。更换的部件、附件享受原有 2 年保修期的剩余时长或者自修理或更换日起 90 天的保修期,
以二者中期限较长者为准。如果附件出现问题,会更换全新的附件。
